How SmartFit Has Transformed Lives
Pam has been attending sessions with our trainer Lindsey for the last 10 months. She came to us hoping to lose 10lbs and tone up a bit.
After losing about 12 lbs and an overall total of 20 inches, Pam was kind enough to take the time to answer a few questions for me about our program and her time with us so far.
When did you first join SmartFit?
Pam: I joined at the end of May 2015.
How effective do you find the workouts to be?
Pam: Extremely effective!
Is the SmartFit nutrition plan different than you’ve done before?
What has been your favourite part of working with SmartFit?
Pam: Having a diet plan that works and a scheduled trainer to keep me in-line
What were your goals before you had started?
Pam: To lose 10 pounds and tone all of my troubled areas.
Have your goals been met and/or surpassed in your time with us?
Pam: Yes, 100%.
When and in what ways did you first start to see results?
Pam: Within a few weeks, I felt so much better due to the diet and I could already see results in my body.
Have you experienced any positive benefits from working with SmartFit besides weightloss?
Pam: It’s forever changed the way I eat and workout, for me the experience is life changing!
Do you have any advice for individuals considering joining us?
Pam: If you have any concern with your weight or have any body goals that you’re having trouble completing on your own, I would highly recommend the SmartFit program. If you commit to it 100%, you will see the results you want!
